If there is an issue with the playback of the item (the item is faulty), please contact us within 7 days of receipt so that we can resolve the issue for you. Please note, this does not include instances where you've purchased say, a region 2 DVD and it won't play in your region 4 player. You must check first that your player can play the region of the disc you are about to purchase. Under the new ACL requirements administered by the ACCC, we would also like to state that all claims with respect to defective items will be handled through Baraka Trading at the address displayed when you purchase (and on packaging). Occasionally, we may run out of stock of a particular item, but we re-order additional stock almost daily, so you won't have to wait long.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
