If your purchase doesn't arrive within the stated timeframe, please contact us straight away. PayPal disputes or negative feedback should only be used when you have a problem with the seller and we promise you won't have any problems with us as we stand by our promises. Contacting us is the fastest way to resolve any issues because we'd rather have a happy customer than a grumpy one :-) All items are sent using the most efficient method available. If there is any problem, please contact us. We have been in business for 20 years and we would rather issue a refund or a relacement item than have an unhappy customer. We guarantee all items are genuine studio release products - no copies, counterfeit or faulty versions. If there is an issue with the playback of the item (the item is faulty), please contact us within 7 days of receipt so that we can resolve the issue for you. Please note, this does not include instances where you've purchased say, a region 2 DVD and it won't play in your region 4 player. You must check first that your player can play the region of the disc you are about to purchase. Under the new ACL requirements administered by the ACCC, we would also like to state that all claims with respect to defective items will be handled through Baraka Trading at the address displayed when you purchase (and on packaging). Occasionally, we may run out of stock of a particular item, but we re-order additional stock almost daily, so you won't have to wait long.
Obviously, the COVID-19 situation has extended delivery times, but there's not a whole lot we can do about that. We all just need to be a little patient.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
